Abstract

Social interaction has an indispensable place in the educational process at any academic level. Therefore, it is important to analyze each of the elements that allow the members of the educational group to achieve assertive communication and thus achieve the established academic purposes. Elements such as the relationship between students, their behaviors, assertive communication, and interaction between all members of the school community, are analyzed through this quantitative research in first semester high school students of the “Centro de Reforma Studies”, in the city of Veracruz. Data collection was achieved with the application of a survey divided into three lines of research: Relationship between the actors, Communication and coexistence, and The relationship between the actors of the educational process. The responses that emerged from said survey were graphed to achieve a better interpretation of the information.
