Impacto de la tecnología y la digitalización en la sustentabilidad de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas de Baja California, México

En la actualidad, la transformación digital y la sostenibilidad son dos elementos fundamentales para el éxito de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPyMES). Este estudio analizó la relación entre la tecnología, la digitalización y la sostenibilidad en las MIPyMES de Baja California, México. Se plantearon dos hipótesis para evaluar el impacto de la tecnología y la digitalización en la sustentabilidad de las MIPyMES. Se realizó un estudio empírico con 735 mipymes de baja california, méxico, mediante un cuestionario para recolectar datos. asimismo, se realizó un análisis factorial confirmatorio y un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales para validar el modelo de investigación. se identificó que existe una relación positiva entre la digitalización y sustentabilidad. Sin embargo, se manifestó una relación negativa entre tecnología y sustentabilidad. En conclusión, la tecnología y la digitalización son herramientas importantes que pueden ayudar a las MIPyMES a alcanzar la sustentabilidad.
