Resumen

Este ensayo analiza cómo la industria EdTech recalibra la forma en que el mundo aborda la educación y el aprendizaje en línea. Cuando la pandemia golpeó inicialmente, se podría haber perdonado a los educadores obligados a cambiar rápidamente las operaciones en línea por pensar que podría ser una transición temporal. El panorama educativo global se mantiene a toda velocidad en una transformación tecnológica, sin una marcha atrás evidente. Al considerar las tendencias y necesidades post-pandemia se pueden ofrecer experiencias personalizadas a los estudiantes a través de los avances tecnológicos con un enfoque omnicanal. El ascenso meteórico de EdTech está lejos de terminar. El sector se encuentra en constante florecimiento con miles de millones de dólares en inversión y se producen nuevos desarrollos mes a mes. Existe una necesidad de mayor disponibilidad y una gama más amplia de canales, personalización y adaptación del contenido de acuerdo con el programa que curse el estudiante, pero también de acuerdo a sus necesidades para entregarle una mejor experiencia de aprendizaje. En este ensayo se destacan especialmente los cambios tecnológicos y la personalización del aprendizaje para construir una experiencia significativa para el estudiante en su proceso de aprendizaje en línea.
