Among the most relevant findings, it was observed that 39 % present obesity with a body mass index greater than 30; 42% have a waist circumference between 8.8 and 108.3 centimeters, but 27% have more than 108.3. On the other hand, 18% presented prehypertension (120-139/80-89), and 15% isolated systolic hypertension (>11/<90). Most of the administrative staff of UDABOL (97%), indicated that they do not know if they have diabetes, and it is the percentage where most cases are diagnosed in the staff. 44% of the staff state that they constantly suffer from headaches. 44% of the staff state that they always have muscle pain. For all the above, it is suggested to implement corrective measures in the general population (especially educational and oriented towards a better diet and more physical activity), in conjunction with government institutions and society in general.
